Here it is! Émilien Véret’s debut album “Clarinettes urbaines” is now available:

Clarinettes urbaines

The videos of “Quartier Est” and “La ville” made me think that the whole album would be interesting, as I said in this post. And I wasn’t wrong! But the incredible variety of styles of the album was something I couldn’t tell before I heard it. In my opinion, the most surprising piece is the “Hommage à Claude Debussy” (tribute to Claude Debussy), but every track builds its own musical world.

I don’t love all the tracks, and you probably won’t love them all either. The tracks I love and the tracks you love probably won’t be the same. But the good news is that everyone can find pieces for his taste in this album, so just make your own playlist and enjoy!
